From: Bridge Street: Reports for Annual Church Meeting
The group have continued to meet throughout the year trying to focus upon spending time in the presence of God, which then leads us on to the voicing ofprayer for Church and Circuit life, for healing, for the World and for Andover, its communities and needs. Shared time at the beginning allows us to speak of any concerns that we wish to claim supported prayer for. We would welcome your prayer requests and your linked thoughts between 7pm and 7.30 pm on Wednesdays fortnightly. The dates are noted in News Notes and also in the church press of the Andover Advertiser. This small group would warmly welcome others, even should you only be able to come along occasionally. A praying people are the 'power house' of the church. A group can share with mutual concern one another's needs. We shall miss the faithfulness of Edna Lesson who came along to most sessions right from the group's beginning. She will always be remembered.
