From: Bridge Street: Reports for Annual Church Meeting
The current Church membership is 134. We have met twice during the year to review the list of members and adherents and share ideas and concerns, and once with the pastoral visitors from St Mary's for fellowship and discussion of our differing roles.
There have been a number of changes among the visitors this year. Meg Chant and Rene Scott have asked to be relieved of their pastoral lists. We thank them both for their care in the past. Sadly we have also lost the services of Edna Jesson. Edna had been a pastoral leader for many, many years and has always been most caring and conscientious. She will be greatly missed by her friends and particularly by the group that she visited so regularly with the News Notes and Church magazines. We are happy to welcome Christine Thomas and Janice Maggs to join us as visitors.
The Church Directory, as well as providing names and addresses, lists the Pastoral leaders for us all. If you hear of any news (e.g. sickness) among our congregation it would be a big help if you would kindly check that the pastoral leader knows.
